Industry Process:
The industry operation starts with designing, where the designing process are done according to the requirement. Manufacturing the steel container (outlet of the battery) is the first process involved in production, where the size of the container determines the type of the battery. Then, manganese dioxide, graphite and electrolyte are mixed together in order to form a black granulate material, and these materials are allowed in a silver ring. In the separator process, a small strip of paper are rolled into a small cylinder and placed in between the rings. Then, the electrolytes are allowed to filled inside the battery, where this process takes almost about 20 minutes. During the electrolyte process, zinc powder and potassium hydroxide solution are allowed in a mixer for 10 minutes in order to form a zinc gel and this gel is filled inside the separator of the battery. Current collector nails are produced in form of steel disc and they are fixed to the plastic gasket in the container. Finally, the batteries are undergone for inspection and then, they are wrapped or packed for sales and distribution.
