Production Process:
Lithography is the first step involved in the production process, where it used to change a pattern from a photomask to the surface of the wafer. Then, the material is allowed for etching process in which the patterns are been created in the surface. Etching process is been done and determined, according to the requirement and specification. Physical vapor deposition (PVD) and the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) are the two different methods involved in deposition process in order to accelerate the gas ions sputter particles from a sputter target in a low-pressure plasma chamber. The main intention of these technique is to create the uniformity in product surface. With the help of a chemical slurry, the wafer is been undergone for plaining or smoothing process. Then, the products are allowed for ion implantation process, where this process is used to introduce dopant impurities into crystalline silicon and it repairs the crystal damage and activates the dopants. Finally, the product is allowed for diffusion process at high temperature and then, the finished products are undergone for inspection in order to ensure the product’s quality.
