Manufacturing Process:

Grapes are been cultivated under a variety of soil and climatic conditions, where in India they are been cultivated in sub-tropical, hot tropical and mild tropical conditions. Majorly the grapes are grown on good fertile soils, which need to have pH 6.5 to 8.5 with free of lime and good medium water of holding capacity. In propagation process, the woods are allowed for cutting, layering, grafting and budding in order to form a hard-wood structure which will suitable for grapes to cultivate. Planting and seasoning are done according to the requirement, climatic conditions, and demand. After cultivation, continuous monitoring and fertilization are been done in order to prevent form fungi, insect pests and other damages. After certain period of growth, the grapes will attain a mature state and then, they are allowed for harvesting. Finally, the grapes are inspected and sorted according to its quality and then, they are packed in corrugated boxes for sales and distribution.
